This notice applies to the marketing website, the demo form and the waiting list. Data that nurseries process through the app at app.boomkwekerai.nl is covered by our data processing agreement, which customers accept when they sign up.
Who we are
BoomkwekerAI provides software for tree nurseries. You can contact us through the demo form or by replying to the email address used to handle your request.
Personal data we collect
When you request a demo, we collect your name, company, email address, optional phone number and any message you provide. We use this information only to respond to your request. If you join the waiting list, we collect the same details plus the name of your inventory management or ERP system. We use them only to contact you once your system can be connected.
How long we retain your data
We keep demo requests for as long as necessary to remain in contact, after which we delete or archive them.
How we share your data
We do not sell leads. Our hosting and email services may use data processors, such as Render and an SMTP provider.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data through the same channel you used for your original request.
